Regular Holidays (Full pay required)
- New Year's Day: January 1 (Wednesday)
- Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor): April 9 (Wednesday)
- Maundy Thursday: April 17
- Good Friday: April 18
- Labor Day: May 1 (Thursday)
- Independence Day: June 12 (Thursday)
- National Heroes Day: August 25 (Last Monday of August)
- Bonifacio Day: November 30 (Sunday)
- Christmas Day: December 25 (Thursday)
- Rizal Day: December 30 (Tuesday)
Special Non-Working Days
- Chinese New Year: January 29 (Wednesday)
- Black Saturday: April 19
- Ninoy Aquino Day: August 21 (Thursday)
- Halloween: October 31 (Friday)
- All Saints' Day: November 1 (Saturday)
- Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary: December 8 (Monday)
- Christmas Eve: December 24 (Wednesday)
- New Year's Eve: December 31 (Wednesday)
Special Working Days
- EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary: February 25 (Tuesday)
- Eid'l Fitr and Eid'l Adha: Specific dates to be announced by the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos.
Holiday Pay Calculation
Regular Holidays
- If on leave: 100% of regular daily wage
- If working: Regular pay + 200% (Triple pay)
Special Non-Working Days
- If on leave: Generally no pay unless agreed upon by employer
- If working: Regular pay + 30%
Special Working Days
- Normal work: 100% of regular pay, no additional bonuses
Note: If a holiday falls on a weekend, the calculation for weekend overtime pay remains the same.
